TrainingBase is the athlete's database for Windows and provides the state of the art in computerized training logs. It is designed to help you keep track of and analyze your sports workouts. This self extracting file includes the full version of TrainingBase for 32 bit Windows. (You do not need to download anyother files to run this program.) The only limitation is that until you register and enter your user code your databases will be limited to a maximum of 50 workout records.
To install, move TBASE32.EXE to an empty directory and run. Then after files are extracted (use F5 to refresh), run the included SETUP.EXE
To run, launch TBASE32.EXE or run from it's Windows icon
